Returns
If you would like to return an item that you purchased from us simply follow the instructions below. We do not offer exchanges. We will accept your return up to 30 days from the date of invoice. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The product must be returned unused, undamaged in the original box with all parts, packing and instructions. Original freight charges are non-refundable. Product returned after the 30-day window or without a RMA number will be refused. A 25% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL RETURNS - NO EXCEPTIONS.

1. We will accept your return up to 30 days from date of invoice.
2. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO 25% RESTOCKING FEE.
3. E-mail us at returns@needlights.com for a return authorization number and return shipping instructions.
4. Items returned without a return authorization number on the outside of the box will be refused.
5. We can not issue credit on any equipment that has been installed, used or returned in a non re-saleable condition.

Please note that if you have a warranty issue with a product after the initial 30 days we will be happy to assist you in returning the item to the manufacturer for repair.
